Hello all, I just bought my LW1 a couple days ago. I have a massive 52 miles that I’ve put on it so far. I came out to pair my app with my bike and got the call service warning, I found a thread here with the same issue but nothing about a resolution. Have any of you ran into this issue and how was it solved??

Call Livewire tech.

They can talk you through whether you are doing the procedure properly, and check whether your bike has reached out to their servers.

If you are on an Android app, it is possible it is a cell phone compatibility problem.

If your bike hasnt reached out to the cloud after you hold down the Flash to Pass button, it could be you need a new TCU module.

Those seem to be the two most common problems for new LW1s and the Livewire app.

Oh, and for Activation, you arent pairing your app to the bike.

You are connecting your bike to the clioud.

And, you are using your cell phone app to initially load your account info during activation, and then after activation to pull up bike stats from the cloud.
