I think if you enroll with the EA app you do not need the HD code. The app will ask for your VIN # and you'll be set for the free charging. I've had my bike over a year now and I had the emailed code.I'm trying to setup the Electrify America account with free Livewire charging. They are asking for an "Enrollment Code". Anyone know where I can get this?
I got the code from the dealer though it took them a few days to get it. I never got an email about the code from HD. I did use the app and it does ask for the VIN but it also requires the enrollment code. I signed up for ChargePoint as well and if I recall correctly that worked with the VIN and did not need an additional code.I'm trying to setup the Electrify America account with free Livewire charging. Note: the EA system works well but not when trying to use NFC via iPhone or Apple Watch. I get a consistent "Account not found" error but when I use the app to initiate the charging it works perfectly. Escalated to support but no answer so far but the theory is that it has something to do with the HD relationship to the account which is causing the NFC part to fail.I'm trying to setup the Electrify America account with free Livewire charging. Folks, like stated above do it yourself! Follow these steps: Harley Davidson | Electrify AmericaI’ve been waiting for the code for about 5 weeks now. Called the dealer and they said I should get something in the mail or email. Seems like I should have received it already.
I had to call Harley customer service to get the enrollment code. Had to provide Vin # and verify my email address.I'm trying to setup the Electrify America account with free Livewire charging. They are asking for an "Enrollment Code". Anyone know where I can get this?
The email verification may be tied to also registering with Harley Owners Group (HOG). So, you may need to register with HOG 1st...i will do this tomorrow. My dealership has been no help. Thank for the info!
. My dealer still cant figure this out. I got the same information as you when I called Harley HQ. My dealer hasn't been able to get me the Vehicle Order Number. Its been several weeks. After a few calls and getting bounced around, I got the formula for the enrollment code. It's the four digit year of the vehicle followed by the seven digit vehicle order number (in the commercial invoice) from the dealer. I got the number from the H-D dealer and enrolled, then passed along the info so they could provide the code anyone else buying a LiveWire.
Thanks for your note on this. Helped me get mine squared away today. After a few calls and getting bounced around, I got the formula for the enrollment code. It did not work for me and still waiting for the HD dealer to get back with a code since August! ARRRGHH, Any suggestions? I also call HD and EA directly with no success.Call HD customer service! They were great! I messed with my dealer for weeks and they didn’t know what was going on either. Called HD and got it no problem. Although the customer service guy did give me the code in the wrong order should be 2020XXXXXXX, not the 2020 at the end as he gave it to me. Also when I entered the VIN in the EA app, it seemed like it was picky about the VIN letters being capitalized (either that or I entered the VIN wrong the first time!)
This did work for me on my first try, but only after I deleted the app and reinstalled it from scratch.Call HD customer service! They were great!
