I have both the 2022 Livewire One and a 2024 Livewire S2 Del Mar. Just curious how many of us have both models. If you have both, which is your favorite?

Hello. I just got my Livewire One delivered today. It is incredible. I also have the Livewire S2 Mulholland.
To be honest, they are both incredible machines. I absolutely love the S2 Mulholland.

I am getting used to the LW1 obviously. The thing I like about the Livewire One is the DC Fast Charging. I really feel this will help if you are taking a longer ride. You won't have to wait as long for the charging.

What I noticed with the S2 Mulholland is it will go a lot further than documented on the site if you drive conservatively. What I mean is if you ride in ECO mode and just take off smoothly compared to gunning it and taking off like a bat out of hell. I am able to get about 80 miles per charge. Now that is going 55 to 60 MPH. But, I am still testing it so this is an ongoing learning lesson too.

It seems the Livewire One has more power. But I am still getting used to it. Both are great bikes. I still have to pick a "real" favorite.

Been riding for over 30+ years and I have to say that both bikes are the easiest to control and I really feel very safe riding both. They are a lot easier on your body compared to some other bikes.

The Livewire One has a more aggressive seating position compared to the Mulholland which is more of an EV cruiser.
But believe it or not I feel the LW1 has a more comfortable seat. Now, others say just the opposite.

Please feel free to challenge that last statement because I think it depends on how you are built. I am 5'8" and weigh around 193 LBS.

Good luck and let me know what you get. The ordering process online for the LW1 was a breeze. Plus, it saves you a lot of dealer fees and other things like that.

If you want to know any more please let me know. Glad to help.

I've also been riding for 30+ years. I've owned a lot of motorcycles, but my favorites were mainly Honda VFR's. One of my first motorcycles was the 1984 Honda VT500 Ascot and the S2 Del Mar looks like a modern day EV version of it to me. I've been wanting a Livewire for a long time and was looking at a both a used S2 Del Mar and used LW One. At nearly the same time I was offered too good to pass up deals and bought both. It's too soon for me to pick a favorite, but each exceeds at different things. The One with its longer range, DC fast charging, larger touch screen dash, and more comfortable seat (but not riding position). The S2 with its lower cost, lighter weight, responsiveness, connectivity that the One no longer has, and Level 2 charging which wins for home charging.

ALL,

I mentioned earlier I have both the Livewire S2 Mulholland and Livewire One. Both are incredible. The Livewire One has an agressive riding style. So if you have hip problems you will need to adjust the handlebars and maybe get the skid plate that "Adventures on Zero" is selling. I bought the Skid plate and can't wait for it to come in.

The S2 Mulholland is a cruiser. It is very comfortable and is an incredible bike. In my humble opinion, I say you can't go wrong with either one if you had to choose.

I would look in plugshare to see where all of the chargers are located. The S2 line charges Level 2. The Livewire One charges. DC Fast Charging (Level 3)

The Livewire One has a much further range. I have been riding it and it can go at least 100 miles if not further on a charge. I mean riding 50 to 60 MPH speeds.

The Livewire S2 Mulholland can go around 70 to 80 miles going around a steady 50 to 60 MPH.

I am 5'8" and weight around 190. So, I am not very tall and weight above average I think. Just to give you an idea of what I am talking about.
