Laced wheel conversion is complete. The rear wheel is essentially a plug'n'play with a carrier plate I designed and had fabricated by a machine shop. Up next is getting the rear brake sorted - I can either put on the Pan America caliper (I believe it can fit) or come up with a plate that relocates it on the rotor (also Pan America). I did a test ride today of about 60 miles, and the wheels and suspension performed phenomenal!
