Level 3 charging issues

Took my bike out of winter storage and can no longer get level 3 charging to work at electrify Canada, Flo or petro Canada. Level 1 home charging works fine. I have been trickle charging my 12v over the winter but may not be at 100%.
Any one else having similar issues? Is there a software update for the HD has put out like for the LV?
Have a longer trip coming up and hoping to get this sorted without taking it in to HD.

The first time I used Electrify America I had trouble and called the 800 number for support. They were able to access the charging station and do something that helped and I was able to charge. By phoning in at least they'll be able to confirm for you whether it's their equipment that's not working properly or an issue with the bike. Overall I've had very few problems with level 3 charging at multiple branded charging locations. Good luck and I hope your trip goes well too!

There has been talk on here of a software update that fixes issues with some chargers.
thanks for the replies. I am waiting for electrify Canada to reply. I did try FLO - charging worked on level 2 but not on level 3. Also tried Petro-Canada- didn’t work.
I can charge fine on plug-in at home. I’ve booked it in to HD for diagnostics and software upgrade if any and will try again later this week.

Josh from Livewire told me last fall to try to leave the switch on... It has worked a few times for me... Also, there is a software update to address charging networks...
I've had this problem all of the sudden after getting a software update during the 25k service last month. The iPhone issue is fixed, it always connects now. I've only used DC fast chargers a couple times since then, and the Electrify America chargers always seem to be a problem. Yesterday, I messed around for about half an hour plugging and unplugging, getting EVSE fault messages every time. I tried starting up the charger before plugging in, and it finally worked. I had used ChargePoint a couple times and they worked, but their system makes me start the unit before plugging in. Maybe this is the key, but only time will tell. I never had a problem charging in the two years before this update.
I was able to DC fast charge at a Flo charger eventually. Still having issues at electrify and petrocanada. My last software update was last summer.Taking it in to the dealer to see if there are any more software updates that may solve this.
I'll try starting the system before plugging in and see if it works. At least its not the OBC!
Thanks for the advice.
