Morning, LiveWire in Ohio... Love this bike.

Quirks I have
- LiveWire app on iPhone, bike will not activate
-ChargePoint - establish communications - never charges

Thoughts for me?

1) Call the help desk until you can get ahold of someone from H-D connect support. 866-895-4707 (You can actually request help from the app and it goes directly to support). I had the same issue, had provide proof of ownership to get the app tied to my phone because it was categorized as stolen. 2) Charge point can be finicky, just be sure and give yourself a week before you actually use it from registering ( my wife downloaded the app the day of and couldn't charge our Bolt EUV, and I used my login and it worked fine). Always plan you route outside of 90 miles, I broke down on my last ride; got about 3 miles after the guess of meter said I had zero left. Hope this helps kinfolk and welcome to the club!

The guy from Livewire told me to try to put the run switch on... it has seemed to help.

Your waiting a week is a good thought, seems like a billing issue.
