Update:

I contacted HD as well as the Livewire One companies and asked about the Livewire One Rear Fender being a drop in part.

I was advised that they are and also available to purchase from the Livewire.com website.

Just wanted to update those that are thinking the same as me.

In regards to mirror extensions HD says that the only mirror extensions that fit the HD Livewire are chrome colored ones and not black.

Livewire One says that they do not have mirror extensions for their bikes.

Good to know the fender is a direct fit but I’m still curious if HD could explain why the hole is there in the first place. Possibly to reduce wind resistance?
