Wtf? I'm at 6.6k km, so not quite there yet... And no, I've never seen anything like this. I'm not sure you can even hide default settings. Please post an update about this.
Lost rain mode
Have just under 5k on bike and noticed that the rain mode has deleted itself. Has anyone had similar issues? Overall, pretty happy with the bike.

Press and hold IM toggle or tap settings icon on IM.
Ride Mode > Rain > Enabled
Not sure if it'll be there but worth a shot.
