Hi everyone - I just purchased a 2020 HD Livewire (Orange Fuse) and am loving it but I'm still trying to figure out the app features. I would greatly appreciate help with a few questions.
1. I can only use the Harley app and not the Livewire One app correct? Shame they couldn't just have one.
2. My bike's alarm is in "Transport mode." How do I get it back to regular armed mode?
3. I have linked my phone to the bike and managed to turn on the navigation widget but when I look at the map in HD connect (on phone) it shows my last known location and can only give me directions to that. How the heck do I make a new destination? Seems like it would be simple but I can't find anywhere to do that. Have folks been happy with the HD navigation?

Thanks so much Bobby. Yes i have ridden it a few times this week. I do not have the 2020 owners manual but the dealer did give me a Livewire One manual which looks to say the same thing as you have shared. If putting the bike in Run is supposed to disarm the transport mode it does not work for me. Or do you have to put it in Run and then hit both turn signals again? Maybe i'll try that; not sure if i did or not. And for the navigation - i was able to do everything above except "select a route of POI". I do not see where to do that. Do you have a screen shot of the app on your phone of where you do that? I can only seem to navigate to "last known location" which is shown on a map image under the manage notifications section.

the app login is based on S/N, so ELW owners can't use the LW1 app and vs/vs, yet. Although, this has been brought up as a request to avoid duplicate functionality and consolidate user feedback.

As for the app/nav, here's a screen recording from mine, if it's helpful. It's still being re-compressed in google photos, but you can download the uncompressed version.

Thanks! Navigation solved. I am an idiot. I was in "my bike" looking at the map under the security area. I was totally missing the "Ride" tab at the bottom. So embarrassing LOL.

Am i missing something equally as stupid to get my security setting out of transport mode and into armed? I can't do it in the app right? i have to turn the bike on and do something with turn signals?

this is the method to turn it on...
perhaps it's the same to turn it off.

App sucks. Is barely usable. Notifications are late and mostly useless. Even charging status. Of course I am talking about the LW. God knows what's up with the HD. So dumb.

it's making me better with listening to google maps without the need to see a map... 'less I'm REALLY lost.

I'm new to LiveWire too only had my 2020 for a little over a week. One thing I noticed with the app is that it says my Last Known Location is here at work which is 40 kms from the bike sitting at home? What's up with that? The App says it was last updated Jan 19th... 5 days ago...

Sorry sadly the app is different. Mine does lag but will typically update if the bike is in the cell network and I await for it to update. There is always lag even to the security events. typically if I mess with the bike without my key I get a beep on my phone 5 minutes later. My garage doesn't have great service but still.

the radio could have been a lower freq to get through thicker things... alas, using a more modern (potentially "3G" or "4G" - GSM freq) means the higher it is, the harder it is to get through objects and has a shorter range. I'd say, even in Seattle, it can easily lose cell connection if in the thick of it.
