Just joined up to the forum after seeing some new articles relating to the Livewire. Really hope this bike can serve as a turning point for HD, because I know they have been really struggling the past few years. Though I'm not expecting too much in terms of range, the off the line acceleration on this bike is going to be nuts. Have they said anything about price?

Last round of price rumors suggest these will go for $20,000

Personally i think around $10,000 will be the sweet spot for a high volume product

Thanks! Guess we wont know what price is fair until we get a confirmation of its specs. I know a lot has changed on the prototype since it last debuted years ago. As this really is the first performance electric bike of its kind, I think its fair that HD charges a little more considering all the R&D they've had to put into it.

Well I have a feeling they'll have to target price ranges that are common among the Tourer and Cruiser segments, the demographics of those owners are perfect for what Harley is targeting.
