I don't think buying a saddlebag for a Livewire would be a great pick, there are many things you need to keep in mind before buying one like you will need to add a whole rack for Hard saddlebags or panners which will cost you too much, and if you will buy a throw over saddle then it will always wobble on high speed as there is nothing in Livewire to tie them to make them stable, so IMO you should buy a tail bag if really need you to increase your luggage capacity as Ben(Adventures on Zero) did in his video 10 Accessories for the Livewire (bags, handguards... but the tail bag he added is quite expensive if you wanna go with a cheaper option then you can go with this bag "Viking Small Black Street/Sportbike Tail Bag", I am it for a long time and am quite satisfied with the quality of this bag.

I use coretech bags. Not huge capacity but enough and a backpack on the passenger when riding two-up. Made it through Europe like this and it was super chill. View attachment 1463
I really don't understand why you have attach the bags to the rear light bar as it goes up and down!
You should attach them to the rear pegs and have a horizontal bar to keep them apart.
