Make sure your bike has at least 50% charge if you are going to ride to a dealer to get serviced. I brought mine to Smyrna with 35% and they gave her back to me with 23% which was barely enough to let me limp to the EA charger in Wilmington 31 miles away (she actually died exactly one mile away and pushed her the rest of the way). There are a few Chargepoint chargers nearby but none of them worked.

My recommendation, let them come and pick up and deliver the bike back to you. Do they charge for that? I know they offered to pick it up for me, but I never asked if it cost extra.

Sure seems like the least they could do is a courtesy charge up. I purchased my LiveWire from Keystone Harley in the Philadelphia area and they offered delivery to upstate NY but I assumed it was to secure the sale. If they pickup and deliver for service that would be great but it’s hard to believe they do it as a courtesy unless it’s a limited area.

After confirming with HD corporate that it wouldn’t void my warranty I ended performing the 1k service myself. I purchased the dealer service manual with the necessary parts/supplies and it wasn’t overly challenging if you’re a little mechanically inclined. The corporate representative stressed to document it carefully to avoid warranty issues.

I know the feeling. I’m planning out routes and riding every chance I get.
Do me a favor and see if their charger is still working. I can see on the ChargePoint app that they haven’t upgraded the modem yet. I sent them an email, but never got a response.
