I came across this company Enevate here: These guys appear to have a new Lithium battery technology good for a c-rate of 5 and they show in the movie some dc charging of a Lightning motorcycle at >100 kW, i.e., 10 kWh in 6,47 minutes. Now that would be something to look forward to, but I think this would also require a new power electronics setup and not just replacing the battery…
