This morning, I saw a FOTA update message on my S2 Alpinista. Didn't have time to deal with it, so I hit x, and went on my way. I checked the HD download site, and they have version 5.138.093.20241204 as the latest available for download. This is the same version I have on the S2. Is there a new version coming down? Anyone tried it yet? Is there usually a laps between FOTA and availability on the web site?

5.138.093.20241204 is an Instrument Module update. That is handled manually using a USB drive.
The FOTA's are downloaded over the air directly to the bike and not on the web site. You do not see the version number.
So, if you are getting a FOTA notification, there is a new update available for your bike.

IDK that there is another way to find out about FOTA notes, other than querying Livewire Support.

On LiveWire’s website go to the Menu then Support, Resources, then More Resources button at the bottom. From there you can access the user manual, parts catalog, and the latest software release notes on the HD services website.
